Refund & Cancellation Policy

As an NGO, funds are allocated immediately to ongoing programs, therefore we operate with a limited refund policy.

1. Donation Refunds

  • Donations made voluntarily are non-refundable.
  • However, in case of:
    • Duplicate payments
    • Technical errors
    • Unauthorized transactions

We will investigate and issue refunds when valid.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.

Include:

  • Name
  • Transaction ID
  • Amount
  • Reason for refund

2. Merchandise Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds/replacements are provided only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Razorpay Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Razorpay processes refunds within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

4. Cancellation

  • Donations cannot be cancelled after payment.
  • Merchandise orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing hi@aawazngo@org.
