On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, observed every year on 14th June, members of Aawaz NGO proudly participated in a blood donation camp organized by the Red Cross Society, Kurseong.
The event was held to raise awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and to encourage people to come forward and help save lives. Our members enthusiastically donated blood, demonstrating their commitment to humanitarian service and community welfare.
A single unit of donated blood has the potential to save multiple lives by helping accident victims, patients undergoing surgery, individuals battling serious illnesses, and mothers facing childbirth complications. Through this initiative, Aawaz NGO reaffirmed its belief that donating blood is one of the simplest yet most meaningful ways to make a positive impact on society.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Red Cross Society, Kurseong, for organizing this noble initiative and providing an opportunity for volunteers to contribute to this lifesaving cause.
